The lady (did not catch her name) i talked to in service was great. She set everything up for winterizing, roof and seal inspection and storage

The warranty forever cost is a bit too much for what is done. It’s basically an inspection not a service so the cost seems too high for what is done
Very upset with how your dealing with my 2025 factory installed issues. outside rail is installed too low. table is hanging on fenders. stove can't hang correctly. Slide out topper is puddling with water. Spoke with your service team. they told me the rain stretch it and can't be fixed. Then install a new one. Pantry doors inside (left of kitchen table) are warped. We had it in our driveway. Since I took it home Sept. 21 2024. Haven't used it yet. Waiting for spring hopefully. Unless I return it for a refund and find another camper dealer. I dropped off camper Tues. and I had to stop by Friday 10/4/24 to get some information nobody reached out to me to let me know what's happening. Hope you can restore my faith with Alpin Haus. Thank you for your time.
Even in the busiest times of the year the service center knows how to prioritize and get the most crucial work done to keep me on the road until I have the down time to leave the motorhome with them for less crucial work and maintenance. They demonstrate true understanding of the role an RV plays for people like me who use it for work and for people who love to camp here in the north where our season is short so every week is precious.
This is our second year camping and have had a couple of hiccups, Matt Hendershot has been great in helping us with our issues. We are very happy with Alpin Haus customer service and all the work on our RV. Since we bought the rv we have added a few things to the rv and the service/work is always done to our expectation. Highly recommend Alpin Haus.
Easy to deal with. Only problem was one of the hub caps was not reattached correctly an it fell off on the way home
It was stated up front what the base estimate charge is and then was told it was mote. The reason given was they would do the lesser amount if they performed the repair work.
The dealer needs to be upfront and transparent with the fees and not play the game of whether or not they will be doing the work or not.

On our way to Maine from Ohio our 12V electric would not work. This was the best repair experience. Jennifer D had us an appointment by 11. Kris found the problem of a loose wire, fixed and had us on the road by 1. This is such a friendly, experienced beautiful facility. I would highly recommend. We are always pleased with the work that is performed on our 5th wheel. It is done right the first time almost every time. The staff is friendly and they all conduct themselves with a professional demeanor.

It is very expensive. I feel like you are price gouging because you are the only dealer/ service center for miles around.

Theresa and the service techs were extremely helpful. They resolved all the problems and told me how to fix the only remaining problem the black tank knife valve, thanks Mike (?) for the help here.
