The exterminator assigned to our home provides amazing customer service. He is very thorough and ensures customer satisfaction before he leaves. He is also very attentive to any new concerns that arise.
Mike is absolutely fantastic! He comes as scheduled, even comes in between schedules to help us out to l when we've had any issues between services. We live on a river bed so, ants, sides, and rodents are not easy to deal with. But, he does a great job for us at a reasonably price. Thank you Mike!

We have had the same tech, Dayvon Miller, for several years now. He is very knowledgeable and has eliminated some ant and bug problems that other companies were not able to eliminate. He also takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions and he doesn't try to upsell any services.
The serviceman always calls beforehand to tell me when he plans to be here and clearly explains in person and in writing what he did and anything he found and treated.

They get the job done. I haven't seen an ant inside our house in a very long time Thank God. Their technician Stephen is personable but professional and will text us in advance of coming over to service the property in case we have any issues that need to be addressed and so we are not surprised by Terminix just showing up at an inconvenient time for us.

The "primary reason"! That's easy. It is because of one individual. Urban Rural Farmer. Of the 3 contracts, exclusion, termite and pesticide, only pesticide has offered one individual, Mr. Farmer, as a constant. His knowldge is vast. In the roughly 10 years as a customer we have had zero invasion of pests. To be fair, we have not had rodents or termites under the other two contracts either, but between pesticide inspections he is readily available to answer pesticide questions related to things we see outside of the house and appropriately addressing or dispelling our concerns. Such a relationship has never been established with the myriad of representatives from the other 2 contracts, exclusion and termite. Mr. Farmer is both "all business" and "professional" while simultaneously endearing himself to our family. Personality and demeanor are to us just as as important as performance and outcome.
Terminex is great. Michael takes very good care of us. He makes sure we are bug and mouse and rat free. He always calls and lets us know when he will be here. Michael shows up on time and asks us if anything new needs done. He checks in when starting and finishing job. We are very happy with Terminex. Michael is definitely appreciated.
