Effective and friendly
I have been with Terminix for 20 years. Over the last 10 years or so I have had technician Rey Ojeda. I always say, when they stop allowing Rey to be our service technician I will leave. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our unusual landscape and its inhabitants. We rarely see a live bug "in our home" and his hard work is the reason why.
They are always on time and ready to help. And they do the job that they are supposed to do to straighten things out ! So glad for the help they give!!

The technician was great! I do think your company is a bit of a rip off. I have the termite traps that they drill into the ground and I think it’s robbery that you charge me every month. I’m thinking of canceling my service with you.
Since we switched over from the "OTHER" company to Terminix, we have not had any type of bug or rodent issues in our home. The gentleman that does our service id very friendly and knowledgeable. He explains everything he has been doing. Thanks.

I don't usually make recommendations unless someone asks. Yes, if they ask, I would recommend you. I don't always know when person comes, but I trust they were really here because everyone I ever talked to has been polite,friendly, caring and professional, and I see the results: rarely any bugs.
