Our technician, Jeff Calloway, is the BEST! He is thorough, competent, knowledgable and friendly. He is always helpful and takes care of any pest issues we find needing attention. I hope you recognize him as one of your best, and the reason we've stayed with Terminix for so many years. His customer service skills are far above most other technicians we've had in the past.

My technician is great at communicating with me. He always sends me a text the day before letting me know the time frame he will be at my house, he lets me know when he arrives and when he's completed. This is very important to me so when I see movement outside of my house I know it's from Terminix and not a stranger. He also sends me a text and a report to my email with everything he has found, such as ant hills, spider webs, hornets nests, etc

Address any problems immediately. Feel confident in their service and would recommend this company without hesitation. However, they are going up in their price, which is understandable, but being on a limited fixed income I’m faced with canceling.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Terminix, and I want to especially recognize Ezequiel, my service technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining every step of the process. Ezequiel took the time to answer my questions, inspect all problem areas, and make sure everything was treated properly. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

Since being assigned to Ezequiel, I’ve noticed a huge improvement—no more pest problems, and the regular follow-ups keep everything under control. I really appreciate the reliable service and friendly attitude every time Ezequiel visits. Highly recommend both Terminix and Ezequiel for anyone looking for top-quality pest control!

All of the reps that have serviced my residence (Jerome and Evan) have been great. The only reason the rating wasn't 10 is because the prices keep going up. I might have to switch to a less expensive company.
