My technician is great at communicating with me. He always sends me a text the day before letting me know the time frame he will be at my house, he lets me know when he arrives and when he's completed. This is very important to me so when I see movement outside of my house I know it's from Terminix and not a stranger. He also sends me a text and a report to my email with everything he has found, such as ant hills, spider webs, hornets nests, etc

He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining every step of the process. All of the reps that have serviced my residence (Jerome and Evan) have been great. The only reason the rating wasn't 10 is because the prices keep going up. I might have to switch to a less expensive company.
