We are on the quarterly system. We do not have to call to schedule or remind them that we need our service. We consistently get our service and the technician will text in advance to ask if we have any issues or concerns that they can address on the upcoming visit. We have used a number of different companies for our service needs, but Terminix by far has been outstanding!

Dates of service are delivered to clients in the same day or day before without input from clients. The client must call to revise the date if he or she is unable to have the service on that day.This is often burdensome and inconvenient.
