For over forty years my job has been to audit medical management and staff. My motto has been to catch people doing something right. I'd like you to know that Robert does so many things right. He should be the example to all your staff of what an exemplary employee is.

The tech I had was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I certainly hope he can cure the situation in this home. It is not an easy one because these are pavement ants which occur every year and seem to come at certain times of the year but are never really gone. I certainly hope this tech can help me with this issue.
