The main reason why I gave such a high rating for Terminix is as of yet I cannot imagine giving the company which I have been trying to work with any kind of negative ratings. That is at least up until this point in time since I really have only just started to actually deal with how the services that it provides are supposed to help me address the problem(s) I choose to use Terminix to help me solve. So I believe as things continue on hopefully the issues and/or matters I would like to handle will be eventually taken care of. We were extremely impressed with the customer service both xavier Ruiz and Jesus Tafoya provided. They showed us the type of service we remember getting 30 years ago when we first became customers of Terminix. They exemplify the type of employees everyone should try to strive for. We have struggled with Terminix as a company lately as we dislike that every attempt we make to get service goes to a central call center and we are told they will inform the local office and we don’t get responses. Xavier and Jesus both had great communication with us over the weekend and worked to help us in a professional manner to address our current pest issue.
Lance is second to none in level of service he provides. We have had 2 other, less expensive services come to our door already this season. Lance is the reason we stay with Terminix.
