Matt our guy who comes quarterly is the best. He m akes sure to let us know when he arrives and tells us all he has done around the exterior of the house. We have feral kitties sometimes and he makes sure that he doesn't use anything that would be harmful to them. Since Terminix jhas been coming for years now we have not had any problems with ants or any other bugs coming in the house. Love it. But the price keeps going up now so I may have to reconsider who I will use.

I have been a Terminix customer for more than 20 years and have stayed with the company through three different homes. While I am not a fan of the price increases that seem to happen every six months, the quality of customer service has always been the main reason I continue to remain a loyal customer.
The technicians have consistently been professional and helpful, which makes a big difference. My current technician, Ryan Montoya, has been outstanding. He always goes out of his way to make sure all of my questions are answered and that I feel confident about the service being provided. His attention to detail and willingness to help truly reflect the level of customer care that has kept me with Terminix for so many years.
Even with ongoing price increases, strong customer service, and dedicated technicians like Ryan, Terminix continues to set itself apart.
