Hice lahoe is my regular technician. He always always goes above and beyond to take care of any inside concerns (on the very very few occasions I have had them). I must admit, I was skeptical that outside treatment every 3 months would prevent any roaches…especially in a rural house. However, I am happy to report that I have NEVER had to request inside treatment for roaches (apart from an issue caused by a tenant bringing some “hitchhiking pests from their previous home). And even though that ONE roach issue was not Terminix fault, they promptly scheduled a service. And Hice eliminated the issue in one go!!! I have been extremely impressed with this Terminix service the entire 6 years that I have owned my house! I had the privilege of meeting the local manager recently, and he explained that he always trains his technicians in person. I am a loyal Terminix customer, and I will use the termite+pest bundle as long as I own housing within their service area!!!
