I’ve been with Terminix since 1989 when they treated my front porch. However, my last appointment was supposed to be from 3 PM to 5 PM and he showed up at 11 o’clock. The reason I request a ladder time is because sometimes I have difficulty falling asleep. Please when I request 3 PM to 5 PM be sure he appears to the schedule if he has to come earlier, he needs to call me. This is for my pest control. Thank you very much.
