TERMINIX has been consistent in performing the quarterly and annual Pest Control and Termite maintenance services at my home for several years now. The Service Technician lets me know when he is coming for each service. When the Technician arrives, he asks if there are any pest control concerns. After the maintenance service, the Technician lets me know what was done and sends me a Report of Service completed. A bonus is that if a pest control concern shows up before the next scheduled service, Terminix will send a Technician to take care of the problem. Now that is what I consider 100% maintenance coverage.

Will is the name of our Terminix Guy, who takes care of our house. He is so Respectful, Courteous, and knowledgeable in his work, as well as Honest. We never have to follow him around in our house. He is a Very Big Asset to the Terminix Team, and I am so Proud to have him taking care of our Home.
