Jim Kelly is the only tech I want and prefer because he is so thorough. He gets around the house. And inside he checks and treats where we see activity. He goes above and beyond and is friendly and knowledgeable. The last guy covering for him, treated outside and never asked or came in and left before I knew it! Jim deserves recognition and a raise!

The inspector wrote up findings into a
contract for treatments, collected the $500
fee and left. He didn’t leave me a copy!

Service did the injection and left. Then a
manager, Mr Morais, came by to check it
out. He „mopped up“, vacumed and
cleaned the area. I am grateful for that and that
he trained the rep for it.
