Lance our service technician is very thorough in brushing down spiderwebs and spraying. He always listens to my pests' concerns and is attentive to spray those areas.
Technician removed hornets nest that was in a difficult position. And further, used a poison that had pheromones to attract and kill hornets that survived the initial treatment.
The service technician, Dean, was on time, very knowledgeable and did a great job answering my questions and performing the work.
The services are effective and, if there is sn issue, it is resolved in a timely manner.
We really like David Noblin. He is the real reason we have stayed with Terminix.
You were the first company to listen to my issues and come up with a reasonable plan for doing an exclusion, that was two years ago and still no critter issues, VERY happy !!!

Your tech has come to our house many times, mostly the same person. He is very nice and efficient, he is great to work with. On a scale of 1-10, I would give him a 14. His name is Kellan Cook.
The technician Nathaniel that came was great! Very friendly and very helpful with my issues.
We have a great technician named Gilbert here in Key West and we credit him for making our apartment roach free. If it wasn’t for him we probably would have moved the bugs were so bad.
I just think Josh is terrific. He explains everything he’s going to do and answers any questions I might have.
