The reason for not rating the company higher is because in the past there was a problem with billing. I received the bill and the next day I received a late notice on my payment. My check then was processed and showed up on my account at the bank and still I was called about a late payment. Your system of sending bill and processing of payments needs help.

The representatives seemed to be well informed; they put the treatment on a priority action. (Scheduled it for the next day.) The treatment was guaranteed. Seemed confident the treatment would work. I did feel like it was overpriced.
