I gave a score of 10/10 because of Joel Calhau. He is by far the best person I’ve ever worked with from any company. He is thoughtful, caring and extremely professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows from my pest free home!

Great service every time. Terminix has always been very thorough. That's why I've kept them working for me for over 10-years. They knock down spider webs all around our home. Then they spray the outside to kill the insects before they make it in. Whatever their technicians use, it lasts for months and doesn't smell or stain. It just keeps killing bugs. Terminix is dependable and affordable.

I have asked many, many times for the person to use his brush to sweep the spider webs like the previous guy. I have so many spider-webs over my porch. He acts like he's afraid.

I have no issues with bugs since I started using them. The one time I had ants, they came and rid my place of ants.

Technician Eric is efficient friendly, and let us know when he’s coming. Certainly appears to know what he’s doing and what should be done.
Always let us know that we can check in with Witham if we find a problem between his regular visits

I never have to worry about any issues at my home. My tech, Charles Holmes, always notifies me ahead of time before coming over for an inspection, takes care of any issues he sees, then reports back to me. I feel well taken care of.
