My service specialist, Amir Kurtovic, does a great job and is an outstanding representative for Terminex! He always explains in detail what he is doing on each visit and is quick to respond whenever I have any questions or additional needs. Service is great, they come when they are supposed to arrive. The issues we've had , they took care of. My only complaint is price.

I have used Terminix in New Jersey and Connecticut for over 20+ years. Terminix is a large company that has a lot of flaws, none of which has to do with the guys out in the field in Connecticut. I stay with Terminix in Connecticut because of Robert Dinklocker, Jr. He is the best person I ever had in Connecticut and in my New Jersey home. He is personable, professional and thorough. He goes the extra mile with a smile. He comes prepared and ready to handle all the problems without being told what I need (unlike others in New Jersey and some in Connecticut). Given the fact that the state of Connecticut has put numerous limitations on what companies can do and use in the World of pesticides, I'm sure that many customers have opted to go to Home Depot to buy stronger products and simply do it themselves. I have stayed with your company because Robert is so outstanding. He has been the reason that we hardly have mice in our attic and basement anymore. In addition, even with the restrictions on pesticides the silverfish that I once had are practically nonexistent.
I want to be clear that even though this is a positive review the credit should not go to the administration, or Terminix' systems, or those who handle their calls. There is only one person who should get the credit for this positive review and that is Robert Dinklocker, Jr.; without him I probably would cancel my use of your services.
Chad, our technician, is terrific. He always does a wonderful job and I highly recommend him and Terminix.
