Christopher Fetner communicated with me week and day of my appointment. I shared I had a concern about ants. Chris stated he would take of the concern in addition to the normal precautions. Chris spoke with me at the residence to confirm the concern about ants and stated he would use additional products to resolve the issue. I was contacted when he was done with the service and let me know to follow up if I had any issues.

Matt did an excellent job today for his first time at my home! He was very meticulous and even found an active wasp nest tucked inside my hurricane shutter right where my dog and I spend a lot of time. I really appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail. Great experience!
