Mary Wilson has aways been a fantastic technician to work with. Whenever i tell her i have an inside issue in my home with pet(s) she will always come into my home and address it. She has never told that would not enter my home. Mary is always pleasant and accommodating my needs and wants when it comes to providing pest control services. Terminix should be proud to have an employee such as Mary Wilson in the company.

I had to reschedule my appointment three times. I get calls or text from my exterminator and he schedules my appointment. And if the time doesn’t work, I have to cancel. And then I get told a different time and a different exterminator. And if that doesn’t work, then I get told when they can come. I don’t know why my exterminator can’t call me and the two of us discuss a good time and day. Being told when my appointment is doesn’t work for me.
The technicians are very good at letting me know they are coming. They are always very professional

Terminix does a good job and the service tech is very professional. Only reason not a 10 is the increasing prices.

Good service, techs seemed knowledgeable, efficient, results thus far appear to be good. There was a minor problem with me setting an appointment through the call center and then no one showing up. Apparently the call center is not authorized to set appointments.
Ruel is an awesome technician! He is polite and professional to the nth degree! Takes time to explain what he found and what he did. I would give him a pay raise just to ensure he wouldn’t leave and go to a competitor!

Aren tech Robert Harner is great. Communicates well. Will answer any questions that we may have. Seems to go above and beyond.
We have been very happy for a number of years but with our tech only here for 12 minutes and getting billed over $200.00 is a bit hard to swallow. We are thinking of shopping for other companies that cost less. It would be a shame to lose you.
