I really like this company and the men who represent. Also, office staff when I call to pay my bill... lovely! Very polite, informative and the rep didn't look at me like I'm was an idiot when I called about the hornet's nest (lol, was already abandoned). Yes, we will always have field mice but the #s have been soooo much less than before! I would absolutely recommend!

The technician gave an early notice, texted us that he was on the way and worked promptly upon arrival. He knows where to spray on. And he was respectful.

Thorough review of house with good explanations
Over the last 6 months we've really seen improvement in how our calls are handled. This includes phone requests for service and in person treatment service. In addition, when we had a problem Terminix was there to offer a plan to help, and in fact their treatments worked wonders.
My tech, Andre, is easy to work with, accommodating my availability.
