We have been with Terminix for 36 years, even though prices are becoming higher. All have been good experiences except lately, but Melbourne manager Michael Brown was so nice when I went into the office and explain what happened. First name removed and I have both been ill, and I was hospitalized and having to sell our home to take care of debt. I tried to talk to someone on Terminix phone line and was stressed even more. Our termite inspection was $200 and I had paid $50, when I called to make another payment person on phone told me it was $450 and she was turning me over to collections. I asked to speak to a manager but no one contacted me. In our 80's with heart problems and don't need more stress. Michael Brown confirmed it was $200 and I paid the balance. He also allowed me to make a payment on what was owed for monthly service and I will go back and pay again. Terminix used to really be more interested more in their customers, makes me sad.
