Dallyna, the Terminix service person, was super busy with clients today. However she still took the time for me to show her some areas I thought might need attention and to also answer some questions about spider webs we keep having to remove in our hedges. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. She had explained she was running behind due to having an extremely busy work day but she remained polite and courteous during the time she answered my questions. I know it is hard to find good help in todays world. Having been an owner of a small business I know how good it is to find and keep good employees. My advice to you is to do ever thing you can to retain a good employee like Dallyna.

Seth always comes when scheduled. He's mindful of morning appointment needs. He always keeps us informed. We may not talk to him directly but emails or text messages are our preferences. Seth represents Terminix superbly.

I love working with terminix. However, I was told by the person living in the 1705 Burroughs residence that the terminix service person did not keep the last scheduled appointment for a home inspection. that has never happened beforel.
