I had a terrible experience with my previous technician, so bad that I nearly made the switch to Orkin. However, on Friday, October 2nd, I had the privilege of being Mr. Michael Gunter's customer. He was thorough, professional, courteous of my floors and more importantly, he did an excellent job communicating with me about my pest concerns and needs. I am so thankful to have him on my route now and if he leaves... I may leave! LOL! If Mr. Gunter's on your route, you will be WELL taken care of! I can't say enough, but I wanted to let his superiors know that he saved a customer on Friday, October 2nd 2026. I worked for Orkin years ago as a dispatcher, so I knew when my previous technician wasn't doing his job. I complained to the local office and corporate and then Pest Control Gods sent me Mr. Gunter. THANK YOU!!!

I think I have less bugs
I have been a Terminix Customer for years and I have been asking to be notified prior to showing up for an inspection etc. Finally, my current technician texted me two day in advance that he was coming. It was a welcomed notice!!!
