The service has been dependable and the reminder text of upcoming visit along with the f/u text when service is completed are important to us. Additionally prices are competitive. We have, and will continue to recommend Terminix as a reliable service.

The terminix person did a good job. I don’t see any wasp and bugs right now. So I’m pleased with his work.

We have been with Terminix for 36 years, even though prices are becoming higher. All have been good experiences except lately, but Melbourne manager Michael Brown was so nice when I went into the office and explain what happened. First name removed and I have both been ill, and I was hospitalized and having to sell our home to take care of debt. I tried to talk to someone on Terminix phone line and was stressed even more. Our termite inspection was $200 and I had paid $50, when I called to make another payment person on phone told me it was $450 and she was turning me over to collections. I asked to speak to a manager but no one contacted me. In our 80's with heart problems and don't need more stress. Michael Brown confirmed it was $200 and I paid the balance. He also allowed me to make a payment on what was owed for monthly service and I will go back and pay again. Terminix used to really be more interested more in their customers, makes me sad.
