We LOVE our technician, Edmond Carpenter! That's why we would recommend Terminix. He deserves a 10! The reason I gave a 9 is because of the other technicians who have come. They are definitely NOT as responsible as Mr. Carpenter.

There’s was a HUGE spider web that was very hard to see unless the sun was on it.
I noticed it was still there after my service call. I text him a picture of it he came back and got rid of it.
Technicians are very professional and so far no pests
