The technician is very knowledgeable and communicative. He responds quickly and lives in the neighborhood so if I have any issues he comes by quickly. I'd give him a 10. I'm only taking points off for the expense. Like most kinds of insurance, it hurts to pay for it unless you need it. I'm happy to have someone to call when my wife freaks out, but it's a kick in the wallet.
My experience with Terminex for a wasp infestation was fantastic. Daniel H couldn't have been any more nice, polite, and/or helpful than he was. He was clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and was happy to answer all of my questions. His service was very fast as well! Will definitely recommend him any chance I get!
Gustavo does a great job. He communicates so we always know when he is on the way
and when he is done. He also explains the treatment plan. Very customer oriented.

The new technician Jerom was quite professional and eager to hear my concerns. I appreciate that he has been in touch with my long time wonderful technician David Hobbs who recently retired from Terminex. I hope to build on the confidence I have had with Dave and Terminex.

Techs are reliable and always show up. And your scheduling ensures I don't miss treatments because I forget to schedule them myself. Also, pls. add to my account: pls do not service on Saturday's. It's not a good day in general and I didn't realize you did Sat services. I missed the email telling me this else I would have changed it. Kristian has been my technician for years. He always keeps me informed. He sends me a text the day before he will be onsite and just before he is going to arrive so I can ensure my dogs are in the house. He is also thorough, efficient and professional during each visit.
I first want to give a shout out to Matthew Rawson, the technician that services my house for the quarterly application. He is very personable and responsive.
I have been using Terminix for years and am please that insects and mice are kept out of the house. However, Terminix has been slow to respond for needs in-between applications in the past.
He always is communicative, on time, and helps with all my needs.
