My exterminator, Gilbert Gonzalez, treats my home like it is The White House. He doesn’t rush, informs me as to what he is doing, offers suggestions, professional and is meticulous. He is the ONLY reason that I have stayed with Terminix. There are less expensive options out there, but Gilbert’s dedication is why I am still with Terminix.
Lance is terrific: Friendly, timely, expert, always lets me know when he is coming, when he arrives and when he is finished'; NO insects in my house in the spring including NO Sugar ants!!
He submits my treatment report the same day. He always asks if I have questions.
