I like the idea that you help me with coming back if there’s a problem, but you never contact me and then the rep shows up and I’m not gonna be there and I will need them inside at times. The rep who helped me today was awesome.
Technician always notifies me the day before he is going to be there and notifies me afterwards and what he has done. I am not there full-time, but my niece is next-door and says he does a good job of treating the property.
