Your personnel are professional and good at their job... I do not hold with the (upon request) type of inside the house spraying and garage portion of your company's policy. I'm a retired veteran, and I no longer get to walk around very much, so I sometimes forget to activate this portion of the service and consequently I'm seeing spiders in my bathrooms.
I get good customer service that I will recommend to anyone! Just not a prefect 10 because they could not get rid of the squirrels 🐿️ in my attic!
We were totally infested with roaches and hired Terminex. The guy that was our "killer" was useless and the population continued to increase. I cancelled service and the manager sent another guy over and he worked at it until he got them all. I will now continue with them as long as they send the 2nd service person.

I get good service but sometimes they come without contacting me.

I have been a Terminix customer since 2017 and the service is good but a bit pricey compared to what other pest control services are charging. The cost of my service has more than doubled since 2017. We are on a fixed income and I may need to search for a more budget friendly option.
