I had a great experience with our pest control technician Cody Schmid! He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I like the service but my technician promised to schedule a follow-up service for rodents in the attic and he did not. He left here two days ago.
Also, I thought I had exclusion service for mice, but my account says I have termite exclusion. I think that's wrong.

Our terminex technicion Michael Brown is always promp, notifies us of service apt , arrives on time, does a thorough inspection, notifies us of findings and we can always depend on him. He is the best!

Price
Referring to mouse/rat service: we are happy that we have no more issues with mice or rats but we never see the technician and we work from home.
The other service: Squirrel issue was expensive and provided no help.
Always on time; very courteous & knowledgeable always gives helpful feedback. A superior employee for someone who needs to be in contact with the public. He is indeed a “keeper.”
