Terminix representative Rick Manzo of Pottstown provides incredible service. He is friendly, polite, and customer-centric.
We have been out of town for awhile, and before leaving had notified Rick we would be away during the period in which he would usually conduct a quarterly inspection. After our return, he contacted us to say welcome home, and offered to schedule an appointment at our convenience. He gave us a three-hour arrival window for that appointment, and then showed up within the first hour.
Thanks to Rick for going above and beyond.
Our technician explained everything to us. He was even cautious of putting out the granular materials due to high winds blowing toward the lake. He was efficient and through.

We have service at 2 addresses. One in LA (3127 Barbara Ct, LA CA 90068) and a cabin in Big Bear (688 Villa Grove Ave, Big Bear City, CA 92314). My service tech at the cabin is Devin Biancotti. He is outstanding. He services the cabin no matter the weather. Last time, we had feet of snow. He is insanely thorough. He has crawled all the way to the furthest corners under my cabin, squeezing over my huge heater system, around dryer vents and ducts, and crawling on the ground. He finds rodent entry points, properly seals them and always checks again and again to make sure they are intact. He gets an A+. Excited customer service. Always reliable and on time. A true professional.
