The man that comes to our house is always prompt, professional and courteous.
I have used your services for years; and I don't have pest issues. I attribute it to the quarterly visits. Your tech always texts me the day before (as I have to ensure my dog isn't in the yard) and when they are on their way and when they are done. I had one man who started strong, but the last two months he was with Terminex provided poor service. He is no longer with the company and the man now providing my service is much better. I talk with him when he arrives to see if he wants anything addressed in the house and anything on the outside.Since I live here I think this is smart business.
