Geoff Mullins is superb at communicating with us. Frankly, it's much more than I would expect from an employee of a large company. He texted me the day before the appointment to make sure we were prepared and understood our dog would need to be inside. He texted when he arrived and he sent a lengthy follow up text with everything he did and the requisite warnings about where to have our children and pets avoid. I don't think Geoff could do a single thing better.
