They do a good spraying inside the house a d outside. The only thing I don't like is that they ways call the same day they're coming. They don't give a notice a day before. Sometimes I won't be there that day. I would appreciate it if they would let me know a day before so I can make other plans. That's all

Kevin from Terminex is amazing. He calls me to let me know he's on the way and to let the dogs out. He let's me know if we're having any problems on the property and keeps us updated as to what needed to be filled. When we had a field mice, in my opinion Terminex went above and beyond to make sure we would no more problems. Knock on wood, no mice and it's over a year.
