The reason for my score of 10 is due to DOUGLAS KLOHN who has been the tech to come to my house for several years. He is always friendly and smiling and remembers if we had talked about something in the previous visit or 2 to ask how that is coming along. Besides that he does a thorough job spraying to exterminate any lil creatures from invading my home. . He is a kind person who needs to be recognized as an appreciated employee.

The Tech, Gerald was fantastic. I spoke to him and he provided clarity on everything he was doing and also addressed my concerns with regard to digging by my sprinkler system. He performed bait correction and added 37 new bait stations.
