There are great techs like Brandon, but techs have not showed up. Spent the whole day at home as i scheduled 10-12. When i checked where the tech was i saw it was changed 1-3. At 4 i tried to do a text after 10 mins waiting i called and was told i would be contacted when tech was on the way. No call ever came that day

Justin was extremely professional, punctual and empathetic. No one likes to have to deal with any type of pest in their home. However, when issues arise, it is great to know that the person handling the problem, listens, takes your concerns seriously, and answers your questions. It is especially appreciated that Justin showed both respect to me and my home.

Terminix has treated us very well for many many years. They always ask if bugs and insects have been an issue and if they have they will use the treatment to control the insects. If no changes have occurred they use the usuall treatment and setup the next quarter treatment from there. Fair price. Fair and honest employee. Very good overall performance.
