How totally RIDICULOUS it was to have your technician 2/25/ attempt some sort of (expensive per my monthly bill). application on my house after 18 inches of fresh snow covering parts of the house exterior. Plus. with the previous nearly 10 inches on the ground, this poor guy was really and dangerously walking through deep snow.
This was a waste and I would like to receive a month's payment credit.

Christian is very polite and accommodating when I am unable to be at the house when he comes. He is on time and communicates what he is doing and anything that he notices that might be a problem.
