Techs call ahead and are on time. They always ask if I'm having any particular problems with insects, rodents, etc. If I ask for additional spraying in a certain area they do it, but mainly since I have service every three months I rarely have any issues with bugs.

The primary is that Corey is always on time, thorough and makes sure i only get 4 services per year. Scheduling is so-so, always trying to schedule me up to 4wks ahead.
