I really appreciate the field technician who regularly comes out and takes care of my property. There’s definitely some confusion on the customer care side of things because I’m in the system twice for two different services. Otherwise I’m very pleased with the service from Terminix.

It's easy to reach an actual human being when you contact the company. The service tech always gives me a heads up before his inspections and a summary of what he found. The service tech is extremely accommodating and so is the company. They are responsive to my needs.

Your Technicians are great. Your office protocols and scheduling practices are getting difficult. I’ve always had issues with the Administration at Terminix. It takes a lot to get a Supervisor to call you back.
