Have had Terminix for 3 houses now dating back to 1997.Have always had good service and a noticeable lack of pets. We have twice had yard pests, underground nests of bees, and both times Terminix came out to help us remove the problem. we have always had courteous service, specifically including Sean White, who last paid us a service call.

Shawn Tyre, my technician, is good at his job - of course, but almost as important, he is very accommodating regarding scheduling quarterly appointments. My work schedule is unpredictable, and if I get Shawn's text giving the day and time he expects to come, and I have to ask to reschedule, he always gets right back, and we are in text conversation to settle on a date that works for both of us. He comes during the agreed window, is always professional and friendly.
Max texted me before he was coming to perform the service at my business, then texted when he got there and once he was complete he let me know. Really appreciate the communication.

Our current technician is very accommodating! She works around our crazy schedule so we can receive indoor service.!The last 2 guys we had were not as accommodating and we sometimes had to miss our indoor service. However , our new technician is super!
