I was told pest service was coming today, 10/4. No one showed up. I was first was told 9-11, then 12,-2. When I called again. I was told techs don't work on Sunday. I wasted my day waiting although I called Terminix and tech
several times. I also confirmed several times this week. Get your act together!!!
I've rescheduled for tomorrow 10/5 from 7-9 AM. for inside an d outside pest service. Seroy the Tech is terrific and this should not reflect negatively on him. It's the scheduling dept's fault.
