The technician is professional: shows up on time and is polite and responds quickly if I have issues in between routine visits.
We trust Terminix. But mostly it is the service provided by your technicians. When we first started with you we had a good tech, he was hispanic and then moved to Florida. We had a few temps that were so so. Now we have Sarah Fast. We really like her. She is friendly and does her job efficiently. So Sarah is a big reason whey we are pleased. A company is not much without dedicated workers and Sarah is. We hope she stays with us a long time. She is a great ambassador for Terminix.

I gave the 10 because the new technician Carl Ross was phenomenal. Honestly I was ready to give up on Terminix because the service was not very good. Although their product is good their service had dwindled tremendously and their price continue to increase. This technician restored by faith in terminex's ability to provide good service.
