The treatments seem to be generally effective. I like being texted the day before upcoming treatments, advised on the day of when the tech is on his way, good because I like to talk with him, and when the service is completed with a link to details of the service. Joe, the tech, is thorough, informative, takes his time with me, a great guy.
Staff were friendly and professional, showed up on time, removed the hornets nest safely. Happy to be rid of it.

If i am asked about bug control. I will say Terminix for I’ve had this service for years in Hollister and bugs are ready not an issue. Plus my technician is a person who I can communicate my concerns.

He does a good job and was flexible with our schedule. Only issue was when we tried to reach him after the first contact, we couldn't get a response. Not sure if that is a policy issue.

We’ve had a great experience with Terminix, and especially with Andrew Law. Andrew is always on time, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. We really appreciate his consistency and would definitely recommend Terminix, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Andrew as your technician!
I have been a Terminix customer for quite a few years now, and I have never had a bad experience, in fact, each service technician is very professional and nice. I do usually have Eduardo as the service technician and I can’t say enough good things about him! He is just a great guy, as well as the other technicians, but I seem to get him a lot and he’s just such a good man.
