TheTerminix man (John) has the best personality. He is a joy to have in our home. We have a parrot and he always acknowledges him when he comes in. He remembers his name but he calls him baby. Our parrot is crazy about him. We have had a problem with mice and he has worked tirelessly to try to get our problem solved. He is really a hard worker.
When I told him that my mother had passed away he offered his condolences and he was very sincere.

I have been working with Terminix for the last 20 years to service my properties, and the service has always been great. The gentleman that come to my properties are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy, spraying inside my trash can areas and inside my garage - and they are always, always very nice to interact and work with.
On Thursday, 1-22-26, the level of service provided by Terminix tech, Joseph Evangelista, went above and beyond the call of duty. While Joseph was doing his regular service at one of my properties, an unhoused person got inside the security gate and was trying to access one of the units. Joseph sprang into action, first notifying me what was happening and then interacted with the individual, who was clearly disoriented and confused, and got her to leave the property and restore security for my tenants. Joseph then stayed until my partner could get to the property and walked him through what had occurred. Many other vendors would have left after their job was done, but not Joseph - he was on the phone with me while he diffused the situation and until my partner arrived. Joseph is truly a quiet hero and a very good guy. Thank you to Terminix and to Joseph for their extraordinary care of my property and tenants.
