My technician of many years, Richard Rodriguez, explains everything clearly and does a very thorough job. I highly recommend them.

The service was for a house that we own which is a rental. Charles, before he comes to spray the exterior, always gives us notice so that we can give notice to the tenants. Since there is a locked gate, this makes it possible for the gate to be unlocked before he arrives. Also, he was a big help at the last visit. The tenants mentioned that they were concerned about gophers in the backyard. Charles took time to advise them about this. We appreciate that he communicates well and helps out with needs like this.
