Terminix does a nice job and will be there if I have issues. I live next to a farm and have 4 cats, but there are times I still need them due to my proximity. I do carry full service. I love nature, just need to protect the home.

Terminix is consistent and responsive. The technicians who do the work here listen to my concerns (when I have them) and respond appropriately.
My main issue with the service is that I receive an automated "reminder" message about my next service which is scheduled for the following day. I don't understand why it can be called a "reminder" when I never had a part in scheduling the appointment in the first place. Also, one day notice is not generally sufficient. Finally, it would help to be given a "time window" for when I should expect the technician.

My technician, Peter, was fantastic! I recently moved back into a home that was a rental property and unfortunately it was infested with roaches only after a year of the tenant occupying the property. Peter educated me on the process and was very thorough in exterminating all areas. After the first treatment, I already noticed a significant difference. I'm grateful for the patience, professionalism, affordabilty, and effectiveness of Terminix and great staff like Peter! Peter's customer service was exemplary! He deserves a raise or some sort of promotion...period!
