Michael Gunter came to address an ant problem in my kitchen. But he did so much more than any other technician has done. He helped identify where mice are getting in the house, and he set up mouse traps in the basement. He also was thorough in identifying where ants are getting in, and he sprayed those areas and left a small trap with ant bait in the kitchen. He spent time explaining where I would need someone to fill the cracks in the tile on the outside kitchen wall and to patch the small spaces around pipes in the basement. This is the type of service I expect from Terminix—and Michael Gunter was at the top of his game! Thank you—and is it possible to switch the technician scheduled to service my house to Michael Gunter?
