I enjoy the service but at times I feel it is too expensive, some techs don't communicate well, and I would prefer to have Robert Kirkland as my tech but he never seems to be assigned this route anymore.

He is very polite and was very kind to wait until I got home from an appointment so he could explain what he had done along with pictures. I hope he will continue to be my Terminix technician in thew future.

Terminix always provides excellent service and the technicians are very helpful. My one suggestion would be to have service alerts sent to customers a few days in advance, not 15 minutes before the technician arrives.

Daniel Lucus the young man who had been taking care of our Terminex services and he is by far the best we have ever had. He is excellent. Very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend him.
