My new tech Angelo Santiago was through. I've loved the prior techs who came, and always THOUGHT they were doing a good job, grateful when they repeatedly told me. "No activity". Angelo found three (maybe four? - my brain froze at the news) dead mice on the pads; he said they were quite decayed, meaning that they had been there for a LONG time! I am very disappointed at the guys who missed the dead pests, and I am SO grateful to Angelo, who said that he takes pride in his work. Lucky for me that he does.
Our service person does a great job
William is great! He always texts the day before and day of when he's planning to come by the house for service. I like that he takes his time and is diligent. Afterwards, he always sends an update with everything he did and if there's any concerns i need to be aware of. I'm usually hesitant when paying for a monthly service, but that fact that I've been able to watch the work being done has made me feel like my money is being well spent.
