We have been using Terminix for two properties for several years: our home in Reno, NV, and a rental home in Laguna Beach, CA. The technician in California always notifies us when he is going to be at the property. This is helpful since it is a rental property, and I can notify the renter. We would appreciate being notified ahead of time for our Reno home.
