The pest treatment seems to help eliminate bugs from entering inside my house. I’m aware that there are a lot of undesirable bugs around the house because I’ve found many large cockroaches dead in the yard the day after the treatment. With continual treatment I hope to be “bug free”.

I have been with Terminix for 28 years and love the service however I don’t like the fact that they don’t give enough notice when they are coming! They notify you the night before and that is not enough time to prep my home for service and I also travel a lot and I want to be there for the service.
Techs are really through and nice. The only problem I have with Terminix is the techs do not give enough notice when they are coming. They message you the evening before appointment and I have no time to prep and I travel so I’m not here and I want to be home when they are there.
Effective communication about the job prior to, on the day of, and once the job is finished. Dennis does an excellent job of spraying the exterior of my home each and every month. He is respectful, reliable, polite, and professional.
Mr FINKLEA is very professional when I deal with him. He always lets me know when he find a problem and what he did to solve the problem. He also lets me know when he don’t find a problem.
