I have used Terminix for my termite contracts and for pest control for many years. On August 21, 2026, George Gonzalez did my pest control spraying for my pest control and was thorough, giving me a report on what he had done. On August 12, 2026, Clifford White did my termite inspection. I have been fortunate to have Clifford White do my termite inspections for several years; he is familiar with my home. On his August 12, 2026 inspection, he found some wood repair that needs to be done, as well as a leak under the front bathroom of my home. So I have scheduled my maintenance person to do the wood repair and had a plumber fix the leak under my bathroom last week which fortunately was discovered by Clifford White. I appreciate the thoroughness of the work done by these two Terminix technicians.

I’m giving Dyren Bedeau a 10/10! He was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining everything he did. You can tell he has a lot of experience and really knows what he’s doing. Great service!
On Aug 12 wood rot repairs were made. On Aug 13 the painters painted. The back door was painted. Since that was done, the rubber lining is catching on the door each time it is opened and closed making a loud popping sound. I sent a text to Clinton Jones on Aug 17 with this complaint and I have not heard back from him yet. This issue needs to be fixed. Besides the annoying sound, I think it will eventually ruin the rubber lining.
