Reggie is great, really responsive and gets the job done! We appreciate his work in ridding our home of pests. The only issue and the reason it's not a 10 is perhaps a system issue, but we need more notice of when he's going to be showing up to the house. Yesterday I knew he was coming (from changing the appointment from the day before so we could open the door for interior work), but we got the text before 7am that he was on his way and it was already too late to make arrangements for the day.
For his work and demeanor, 10/10! For scheduling 9/10!

We really like our technician. He does his job well, but beyond that, he's polite, professional and personable. He always checks in with me about our pest needs before he starts working and he always comes back to the door when he's done to discuss what he's done and anything he's found while working. In the past, we've had other techs who only communicated through text, but we really appreciate that our current tech takes the time to interact with us face to face. It's quality customer service and we appreciate his dedication to that part of his job.
We never have a bug or rodent problem. Price is fair, particularly the annual rate. Also, everyone I interact with is very kind.
