The technicians you send are first rate. However this is the second time I've made an appointment only to find, on the day I'm expecting service, that no appointment was made.
Why this happens, I don't know. The person I speak to who makes the appointment is always accommodating. What is the problem? Check it out.

Javier is great! Lets us know 2 days ahead of time when scheduled service, & let's us know when on the way that day. Needed inside service this time, was quick & efficient. Will continue service non-stop, Terminix is a good value for the service they provide, & will come out for treatment if needed between scheduled service.

My agent is professional and pleasant and polite. My agent is awesome. However, I am disappointed that for almost the same price the agent I had previously with another company came once a month instead of once every three months. I understand that is the Terminix policy, but I did not realize that until months after I had signed up.
Our tech Dave Filapkowski is the best! We are ALWAYS notified in a timely manner as to the appointment. His is knowledgeable about the insects we see inside and out and will treat accordingly. We appreciate the care he provides to his clients.
