The technician (Brandon Mooney) always contacts us before the appointments and asks if we have any specific needs/concerns, is very professional, he takes the time to explain everything he is going to do, and when he is finished, he follows up with conversation and pictures of any/all work that was done.
I gave a score of 10, because the Terminix Technician was able to adjust his schedule so that I would be available to assist by being there to unlock the gates on the premises. Also, he kept me informed of his arrival time, and he arrived at my home according to schedule. While he was there, he went about the tasks of treating the outside areas around my home and yard. Finally, he was very efficient in the overall process, and he completed the work in a timely manner! We were very satisfied with the finished outcome: property protected against pests!
