Technician was professional and knowledgeable
Kenneth does a super job every time he comes to take care of our lawn. He also sends us pictures of what he was looking at. He is very good doing what he does. He is very friendly and we appreciate all that he does.
The Technician showed up early and did a thorough job. He explained what he needed to do to eliminate the ladybugs and also let me know how long it would take before I saw the effects.

I really appreciated Brett. He was friendly, compassionate and professional. He was extremely through. I was hoping to have him come back tomorrow 3/13/26 to spray our kitchen again. I am seeing lots of baby critters and empty egg sacs. Gross! We have a bday party here on Saturday and I just don’t want to be embarrassed. Brett totally understood my concerns and said to call if we see anymore live critters, by today Thursday the 12th of March.

Service of regular pest control is great, technicians are really good, and you can pick up additional services like Tick control in the warmer months and then stop it in the fall for an additional fee which is reasonable.

Our Terminix technician, Luis FINATERI, was always informative, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We had an ant invasion of our entire home which was reduced to zero and has remained so for a year. When we had indoor flying pest problems he gave us leads to products that worked well. All this for the general protection monthly payment which was reasonable.
