Your rep texted me he was coming and showed up in the timeframe he said he would be here. He was courteous and very professional. He spent about 45 minutes here. He then sent photos of possible problem areas and stated no pested found at this time.We were pleased with the service we received from Terminix.

Ray was awesome helping me fight an ant problem. He covered all outdoor areas with ant bait and put some interior ant bait in areas my kitties can’t reach. Ray also sprayed the weep holes outside with an ant specific insecticide! Excellent Service and Ray is the best service tech I have ever had since 2009. Thank you Ray for your expertise and your quality service!
Everything the technician does is explained, and also they keep their appointments and always call before they arrive at the house.
Shane, our Terminix technician does an excellent job. First thing he does is ask us if we’ve had any problems. He immediately starts working. He is knowledgeable about what has to be done and is thorough and efficient. I have had no problems with bugs! He is also very friendly and courteous. I recommend him highly.

I wasn’t home this time but in the past Brookelynn has always done a nice job & explained to me if there were any concerns that she noticed. If there were any problems, whenever she returned, she would ask if the problem still existed or have been resolved. She provides excellent service.

Our pest control tech, Matthew Martel always goes above and beyond for us. We had some very unfortunate circumstances with some pesky critters and he eased our minds and took care of it.
