Chris, my Terminix guy, is why I am with Terminix. I bet I could save some money with a smaller org but then I would lose Chris. He listens to and addresses my concerns. Furthermore, he always has recommendations to help me keep the bug population at bay. Bottom line is that Chris is an exceptional person and I love working with him.

Customer Service has always been friendly and helpful when I call. Technicians are always courteous. If I have additional issues in between treatments, they come back free of another charge.

I have been a happy customer for many years. I have the maintenance contract plus a special one to get rid of some special bugs. Your employees are very down to earth and explain everything to us and guide us in the right direction when asking for guidance. I know them all by name and they are very sincere and professional.

I think I say this every time, and my answer remains the same. I am most satisfied with Terminix because of the technician that comes to my home and takes care of my property. Casey Daniels is professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the pests that threaten to take over my home sometimes. I have saved bugs and asked him what they were and he always tells me what it is and gives me details about what attracts them, if they are seasonal, etc.
