The company did a great job taking care of my home and spotting issues, even if it meant difficult or challenging work for themselves absent additional compensation. The only reason I would give it a 9 instead of a 10 is because the website makes it difficult to really contact anyone or to revise payment options. I regularly get emails regarding failed payments from a cancelled credit card, but the website doesn’t even let me remove it. All I could do is add another card and delete the warning emails.
