The man who sprays our lawn is great. He always asks if we’re seeing any problems with bugs before he sprays. Most company’s don’t bother to inquire and just spray. Since he’s been spraying we are not having insect problems He has acts very professionally and has a wonderful personality dealing with clients.

I think Mark, our technician is a 10 out of 10. He is amazing. What is annoying recently is getting phone calls from Terminix corporate, in which they try to "scare" you into buying more services based on the monthly service I get. If I am a loyal customer, I should not be getting upsold every month. I would respect it if Mark suggested something ... but having a 1-800 number call me is not good.
I like the service and I only need to have a treatment every three months. Any they treat my home to my satisfaction.
