Both of my regular Terminix technicians, John Harris in Houston and Artiom Calaras in Galveston are fantastic. I love having the same technician do my regular service because I get to know them and build a better working relationship. It’s great when I can simply call/text them to discuss issues and get stuff quickly resolved. It’s a nightmare calling the 800 number and is impossible to call a branch directly. I treasure the ability to reach my technicians directly.

Todd Hankey is the greatest. He's a great tech. He tks in account my health isn't very good. He tks care of my dog and puts him inside while he sprayed the outside. He always texts and calls to ask if he can come and tk care of business while he's in my area. If you're lucky to get him, mk sure to keep him.
I have never had a bad experience with Terminix. They are always pleasant when they come to treat my house.
