Service Technician Amir KURTOVIC did a great job performing the service and then gave good explanation on what actions he took and gave few recommendations. Every time before arriving to perform the service, Amir gives a heads up call and notifies what work he plans to do. When onsite he takes time to explain and talks politely, bottom line he cares for the house that he is servicing and he takes great pride in the job that he does.
Technicians are always polite and professional. They do their job without anyone in my family noticing, that's how good they are. They call/text to let me know they are coming and when they leave.

Richard McEachern is the best. Professional, thorough and communicates with you consistently. I have never had an issue where he did not get back to me promptly. He's the best pest control professional I've ever had. I also have a termite policy with Terminex. I have to say that they do not respond even when they tell you you can call them. I can wholeheartedly recommend Richard with no reservations for your pest control knees. He's an extremely nice gentleman and does a fantastic job.
