I have been a longtime customer of Terminix. Overall the service has been very good. Had one experience where the representative suggesting a plan to mitigate a mouse issue, was annoyingly overbearing and high pressure. I did express my concerns in writing and have had no contact with that individual since. I resolved the mouse issue myself.
