Hello. The agent came into the house and sprayed and put ant traps out. Then went to treat the giant fire ant colony in the stump of an old tree by the garage. I like Ray. He is thorough and figured out that the ants were coming from the big pecan tree outside the kitchen window. He knows his stuff.
Our tech, Brandon, is always very polite and professional. He communicates very well and always does a nice job on the service. If other technicians are like Brandon, i'd recommend terminix 10/10 times.
