My technician Danny is great! He's always so respectful of the property. He always text me to let me know when he's just about ready to arrive and then when he leaves, he always lets me know what he has found and makes any suggestions if suggestions need to be made!
He's always very conscientious about my animals. I have one dog and two cats… And he make sure that they're OK first before he ever begins any spraying on the property!

They always provide a service report so we know exactly what they did. They come to the door when they arrive and let you know what they will be doing. They let you know the day before the time that they will be arriving on the following day and then they send alerts keeping you updated as to when they will arrive on the day they are scheduled. I like the communication I received from the Tech who will be servicing my home.
