Everyone I've dealt with at Terminix has been professional, pleasant, and responsive to my needs. The other company I called for an initial inspection and service never even called me back. Alex Anderson called me back immediately, came out to do the inspection very quickly, and explained all my options clearly, and promptly answered my follow-up emails. Mr. Arthur Johnson is also very professional, and goes the extra mile, explaining what he is doing and being very careful to secure the gates after the service to protect my dogs.

Completely being honest, there was a time after my original service tech passed away I was unhappy and ready to cancel, but now with Edwin I am very happy once again. The webs get cleaned and I know the house gets sprayed. I have not seen spiders. With techs like Edwin I will stay and recommend Terminex.
