Not only is the automation side of your company’s process acceptable but in this day and age to have not only professionally capable staff but polite and individually oriented to the properties and their owners is quite refreshing. I’m always given a verbal update of what was seen and treated or shared electronically if I was not available. Several vendors I deal with could take lessons from Terminix.
