The service is very good and convenient.
My recent service is going well. Had previous issues going back several years. I would prefer knowing they have scheduled a visit to come prior to the actual day. I prefer being home when they arrive just in case I have encountered issues I need them to address inside my home.

The technician is alway on time ( w/in the window of time); professional ; listens to my needs or concerns; respects my space; smiles and is friendly. Offers to return if a new problem arises.

HOPETON is the best tech I ever had
The technician Brian is fantastic. He does a terrific job, always lets me know he is coming & when, let’s me know when he arrives & asks if there are any problems he needs to address. When he’s finished, he lets me know again to make sure there is nothing else required. I wish all the service technicians that come here were like Brian!
If all service techs are like mine (Khalil), then Terminix will be an excellent company.
I like the company but would like better communication with the office staff and with the exterminator that comes out. But overall I am happy with them

Since Terminix has been treating my house, I no longer see any pests. I don't even see palmetto bugs in the house anymore. We also started having an issue with ants, but since letting them know, we have not had any issues with that any more either.
I absolutely love the detailed check in and walk thru that Richard gives us.
