Earlier in my contract, the service was good, but not great. However, lately the service has been much better and the young man who was great last was really awesome. Very nice, personable and efficient.

Terminix provides the service needed to keep one's home pest free. You should provide referral codes with a discount and referral fee so that when we recommend to neighbors there is a dual incentive to follow through. My neighbors yard contains the root of the problem but they are either lackadaisical, and uninformed about rat reproduction and burrowing, and/or have no budget for it; I don't know. I wish you offered packages for the block, or a discounted packages for a HOA or something to get greater buy-in within a neighborhood or a block. That would increase your volume AND make neighborhoods pest free. Hire me for collaborative marketing advice. Seriously. You're leaving money on the table. If you price to the neighborhood median income level, you would also see higher enrollment, which can offset loss of profit. The quarterly visitation is also pure profit I'm sure, so don't reduce technician salary, reduce profit margin to get volume increase.

We've had your service for approx 20 years. We appreciate our current guy, Chad. He does a great job and is very conscientious.

Dissatisfactions:
1. Over the years we've had many service tech's, too many; that's why we appreciate Chad and his longevity.
2. If we have a trouble and need a special service application from Chad, it takes too long for him to get out here to take care of it (we're talking weeks). This is not on him, this is on Terminix in general, Chad has too many people to handle and is spread too thin.

Peyton Burrow is always prompt, lets me know when he is coming. He is courteous, explains everything he is doing and then gives us a thorough update after his work.

I like the communication with the service technician and also that the same technician comes out each visit. There has been a noticeable difference in the reduction of ‘critters’. :-)
